This company came fast. They was reliable and professional. I got a top lock installed and he did it very fast and was very friendly. I would recommend this company.

I had a fantastic experience! My technicians name was Tom was very wonderful and gave me the right lock to install! I wanted a home automation system and I had actually purchased the wrong one. He gave me the idea of getting a different system with Yale that would be much more compatible with my door and did everything in the process for me! He informed me about the home automation system and bought the right lock. He was able to install it, and set it up! Everything went great! Thank you to Tom and Locksmiths USA!

I needed a lock replaced. They charged way too much and didn’t tell me how much the total was until after they he finished. They tell you a couple things cost a reasonable amount and then after there’s all these extra fees. Dishonest practice. Find someone more reasonable.

Refused to give me a quote (price) over the phone and try to rip me off during emergency. Managed to call other local locksmith who gave me the quote immediately (it was a simple indoor room lock up).
