Oakland Lake

Very peaceful. Not much traffic on the street. Not crowded. Beautiful variety of birds. Nice jogging trail all around the lake. And plenty of street parking nearby.

I have been on the water several times. It been magnificent. scenic view and very close a college.

A very nice place in bayside, queens. You can walk around the lake. I can't believe there is such a nice little place hidden there. Lots of birds. Many parking spots. Lots of people too, unfortunately.

Great views of wild life in the middle of a crowd city. Calm place to relax. Well kept.

Oakland Lake is one of my favorite places to be. The small and beautiful lake is surrounded with many benches. Beautiful trees and some flowers. The abundance of birds in this place is a bird lovers dream. You can hear the many blue jays from all around. There is a beautiful swan family that lives there. The baby swan was born in early spring of 2020 and is now really big and beautiful.
