Superb. They were proactive in reaching out to me ahead of time, letting me know changes that U-Haul had made to my online reservation. They were warm and welcoming, helping me quickly get my rental and get out the door. Strongly recommend.

Hello! This storage location is in a great location; very clean and organized. That's the good but it's not worth it because the customer service is HORRIBLE. My company is very disappointed in the behavior of the Office Manager. She was insulting, rude and downright offensive. Why do people behave like this? Life Is Too Short to endure this type of treatment. We moved out.nAll The Best Fort Storage. Your customers deserve better.
