Michael Kors

On February 15th, my husband and I(African American/Hispanic) went to the mall to purchase a gift for my mother. We walked into the Michael Kors store and there were two staff members(Caucasian) who were women who did not greet or acknowledge our presence. As we were looking around for a few minutes, still not conversation just eyes on us, until i decided to ask for assistance. I needed to try on some shoes to make sure they would fit my mother. The staff member (Jenna) brings out the shoes, but only gives me one of shoes to try on and kept the box on a cart a few feet away from where I was sitting. I did purchase the shoes for my mom, but once I got home I processed it all and it didn’t sit well with me. I didn’t appreciate their lack of customer service and personability. We felt stereotyped.

Love Michael Kors. This store however is limited in clothes and fashions, services more purses an a few shoes. NYC and L.A. service more clothing.... No matter i love quality of most items.
