Horrible experience. Made a purchase and they told me it didn't go through when the money was taken out of my account. No one could fix the error for over a week. My money was gone and I had no items

This location and the children's place company is ridiculous. We bought a winter suit, however they forgot to remove the security tag and we cannot use it. We were told to come to this store to remove it. However they not only did not remove it for us but also refused to return it for us. I did not want to name the store assistant but this is absolutely not acceptable. Waiting for the manager to solve my issue that was caused by their own employees.
