Excellent service in men's suits, and formal dresses. Both sales person's were friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me time. The men's suits salesman was wonderful. I would have purchased the suit from here, but I found the exact suit at another store at 55% less. The formal gown for my mother I purchases it for my mother, it was so beautiful, and the sales woman was bright, and very happy and helpful.nnGreat people working for your company!!

I really like this store. They are the new Lord n Taylor's for me. The store is just gorgeous in its layout, and the staff are always warm and friendly. Some store make you feel invisible, but not Von Maur.....they see me. They are somewhat pricey, but you can always findna deal. I would certainly recommend anyone to shop here, and experience the VON MAUR service.

Stopped in with my wife. She was looking for a dress for wedding. Not only found what she was looking for but was 40% off. Great service. The girl who assisted her was very helpful.

The handbag I had been eyeing in store a few days ago wasn’t online, so I called to see if they could ship me something from the floor.nnNancy in handbags found the bag, patiently took down my 3 gift card numbers, wrapped it up beautifully, and shipped it the same day.nnAmazing customer service!
