I went to express because I needed a purple dress for a funeral. The staff was unbelievably kind and helpful. They found the perfect dress for me and even helped me accessorize it. I can’t thank them enough. Not only was the dress perfect but the customer service was 10/10.

Employees were phenomenal. Good prices. Quality clothing. The store was looking a little rough today, that's not normal. I thought they were going out of business. When I asked, an employee stated no, just a busy week. G

This location in Eastview is amazing. The staff is super friendly & knowledgeable. The selection is better than any other location in Rochester. I mostly shop in the suiting/ professional section. I love that I can get fun unique prints to match with the basics. Love!

I bought a suit during a 40% off sale last week. The associate who helped me convinced me to open a line of credit to save an additional 20%. I was hesitant to buy right before Black Friday, but the associate told me they could adjust the price if there was a better sale. Lo and behold, I just tried to adjust to the 50% off promo that’s running currently they said they couldn’t do it. The manager was rude and didn’t seem to care that I had been lied to. I was really excited about the discount initially but now I will never shop here again. Terrible customer service.
