This is legitimately the best shop I’ve ever purchased from. Amazing customer service, great selection of gear, and excellent prices.nnI needed help with snowboarding boots and spoke with two different representatives about the issues I was having. Each person was so nice, so patient, very knowledgeable, and I could tell they just wanted me to be stoked with my boots. I am a forever customer now! Thank you, Neon Wave!

Great store with lots of knowledge. Nathan went above and beyond with his search and recommendations. He does really care even if I didn't end up buying from his store. I will come back for my future needs and trust his staff fully. Great quality equipment.

I visited neon wave because a couple friends recommended them. My first impression was this was a high end shop where I would probably get great customer service, but pay a markup. I was right about one of those -- Kaitlynn and Ben were extremely helpful answering all of my questions and guiding me to the right snowboard boots and bindings. I was wrong with my guess on the pricing, because while they don't offer some of the cheaper models, I did get what I would have probably ended up with anyway but for a lower price than I found online. I'm setting up a used board that I got from a friend, but even then they encouraged me to bring it by if needed and they'd help me set it up and make recommendations. Needless to say, I highly recommend.

Just got my bindings in the mail and thanks to the great staff. This place went above and beyond to get my gear here and I couldn't be happier. E-mailed a question and less than 10 minutes later I'm getting answered and respected. If the time comes to more business I wouldn't hesitate. Thanks guys.

Very helpful staff. Great selection (considering I visited a little late in the season). They are definitely knowledgeable about snowboarding/surfing. Will definitely go back for any future snowboarding needs
