Highly irresponsible and unprofessional. He has no value of someone's time and always came up with excuses for not getting work done for 3 months . At least have the courtesy of calling and accepting you will not be able to get it done. It's beyond my understanding how can you make someone come 5 times saying work is half done and after 3 months nothing is done. Please stay away fromnhis services

Excellent tailor, excellent customer service. He really cares about his customers. I highly recommend. He makes some really cool masks too.

Did my daughter's wedding gown and it came out amazing. Through this stressful time he made it seamless, no pun intended :). Overall we are really happy with our experience.

The Victor Tailor is a fraudulent business, and the owner Mert is completely unprofessional, flaky, and unresponsive.nnI overpaid to have a custom tuxedo for my wedding, and after 9 months of being unable to show any proof of my tuxedo being even started a bad refund check was given to me which bounced.nnFast forward to a year later and I am still waiting on my refund, and when responsive Mert continues to lie, and then go months of attempting to ghost me so he does not have to refund me.nnAfter having to reschedule our wedding in part to my tuxedo never even been started, I have gone to another tailor and paid half the price Mert charged and got my finished custom tuxedo in a month.nnDo not let this fraudulent business steal your money, wish you could give a below a 1-star review as they deserve a negative rating for how horrible they have been.

DO NOT GO TO THIS TAILOR!! If I could give zero stars, I would most definitely give zero. This tailor is literally unresponsive. My fiancé went to this tailor in June 2020 for a custom suit. We then also took our sons suit to be tailored to him there as well hoping we'd have an update of the custom order in August 2020 and still no pieces had been put together. We had to reach out several times to even find out status of suit with none to be given. Requested refund and owner Mert literally was not even a bit remorseful. Worst part, we had to call the shop to follow up on refund, only to find out that Mert is not even in the country and he is the only one who can approve refunds. Fast forward to now and we still have no idea when we will be receiving a refund and Mert has not responded to ANY of our calls/texts. This is the most unprofessional company we've ever come in contact with. Wedding is in October and you'd think to keep a business running, your customer service would be top notch.
