After buying new cars for most of my life, I bought a used Mazda from Mark's where they gave it a 60 day warranty. Twice during that time the engine light came on to alert me to some problems, small things like a thermostat that wasn't opening and closing correctly and something to do with pressure in the gas tank.nMark himself was able to diagnose the issues both times, within hours parts were ordered and his very able mechanic Louis had me back on the road the next day, without the loss of my car.nNo having to call back to get appointments, getting it fixed right the first time, resulted in more work for Louis on our older Prius which had been handed down to my granddaughter Wendi.nOld fashioned customer service is alive and well at Mark's Motors.
