Ford of Northampton is my choice for servicing my 2017 Explorer because they are timely, courteous, thorough and reasonably priced. The staff are considerate, articulate and knowledgeable. In addition to my previous reviews I would like to reiterate the quality of the service and attention to detail that the Ford of Northampton Service Department provides. 5 stars.
Dealership, sales staff was pleasant and responsive. From my limited research of other dealers in Valley, price of car was competitive. Like many, I have an aversion to car shopping. But, this experience was more painless than I have had in the past.
My wife bought a new car at the beginning of COVID. John Hastings, our salesman, was incredible. I couldn’t be happier with how professional he is, how fair he was, and what a pleasant experience it was overall. Car buying is very stressful. But, not with John and Northampton Ford. The whole experience was simple and easy, from when we first decided, to them handling all the running around, and especially the seamless delivery. I am grateful for the honest and great experience we had. Thanks again Honest John! Definitely would recommend Northampton Ford and John Hastings!
Everyone was very nice, but it took 3 hours for an oil change and a sticker. Thank God it was a beautiful day and we could sit outside, because we wouldn't be able to sit in the waiting room because of covid. We had an appointment, so someone must have dropped the ball and kept us waiting. I don't expect them to be as fast as a pit crew, but I'm an old lady and I could have done it faster.
They did an awesome job fixing my truck. But since they had my truck for a whole week, I was hoping they would have put air in the 2 tires that needed it, since there is a warning every time you start the truck. Little things go a long way.
