The worst service you may get ever... They say wait minutes, but you have to wait hours to get your prescription ... I see them also ignore people outside for the drive-through during working hours ... Some of the staff in the pharmacy doesn’t wear a mask... When you ask some of the employees for any help they act as if they are not listening to you (especially the ones who are working inside the pharmacy)...
Katina was very rude, made sure she finished up on her phone before helping me. Then was snotty and she tried to say I was picking up wrong, when the email directions clearly stated to go inside.
Staff is always great. Same as any other Walgreens. Pharmacy is good too.
I must say my experience at this store was outstanding the time and patience that the associate Merely went above and beyond assisting me in the photo shop as we had a big celebration she was friendly and very courteous in every way . I also wanted to thank Erwin as well for his kindness and courteous help as well love coming to this store.
Until today this location was my safe place to go. I get my prescriptions there, usually not overflowing with people at certain times and they practice social distancing..... but I walked in tonight.... 3 people not wearing face coverings. I said something to an employee, her response was the company won’t allow us to say anything....... first of all, as a manager of a business, that’s repulsive, protect your staff!!!!! Second!!! We live in NYS, this is not your choice as a company to decide what to do, you must follow state guidelines and I will be reporting this.
