I went in today to look around at the dresses as I am getting married next year and was happy with the service and help from the lady at the store. She was blunt with me and I was happy about that. I will be back to get my dress and my bridal party dresses as well. Outstanding service. This is my first time getting married and I want it to be absolutely perfect. The lady at the store today gave me a business card and answered all the questions I had. I look forward to doing business with you. This is the first store I’ve been to and the girl who helped me today has locked me in as a customer. I will definitely refer friends and family here. I drove an hour to get here and was satisfied when I left. I even got sized today.

Do NOT shop here... I put down a $240 deposit... covid hit... DID NOT get the product and they won’t give me MY MONEY BACK!! CRIMINALS!!

Got a prom dress there last year, walked in, tried on, and purchased and I loved it. Just walked in today and said I wanted to try and dress on and was told I needed an appointment. Meanwhile there was only two other people in the store (mother and daughter just browsing). The store was empty and appointment list was empty, drove an hour and a half to get here and planned on buying a dress and was told no. Will not be going back.

My dtr. and I went in today to look around, even though she had already bought a dress. She tried one dress that she absolutely loved. Tommy was the sales clerk and he was so nice and very helpful!!!! The dress was perfect so we bought it (yes, another one) with 20% off; the only alterations we needed were the straps and we had it altered right then and there while we went to have dinner! I can’t thank Tommy enough for all of his help! He was tending to the girls trying on the dresses PLUS ringing people out!! I do have to add: the poor guy was working all alone and when we went back to pick up the dress from being altered, it was really busy in there and it was just him....I felt really bad ud83dude14 I mean, it’s Prom season.... on a Saturday afternoon ..... you need to have more people working to be available for the customers! Other Prom dress stores always have 2 or more salespeople in store. No reflection on Tommy AT ALL - he was doing a great job - but the store was busy and could gave used 2 more clerks!!!

If i could rate this a zero I would. I went in not necessarily knowing exactly what i was looking for yet just trying to get and idea. I asked to try something on she was very rude towards both myself and my sister. The dress didn't fit yet she was trying to squeeze it on me, it had a sheer top collar on it and literally choked me trying to put it on me. Not once. But twice. I had marks on my neck and back from where she tried squeezing it on me
