American Eagle Store

Bought a pair of jeans online for two hour pickup, on sale, when I got to the store two employees told me they would exchange the jeans for the same sale price because they didn’t have the ones I ordered. When I got a new pair, they told me they canceled my order, and I had to pay the full price. Absolutely disgusting.

Amazing store with beyond friendly staff. Always very helpful in helping me find jeans because I never know what style or fit that I want to try on or that will look nice on me. They also have an amazing clearance section that is always full of good clothing for a decent price. Best jeans I have ever bought!

Ugly costomer services write insult names on doors dressed rooms

The store was very organized and well stocked, the employees were very helpful and friendly; they helped me find everything that I needed and I was in/out relatively quickly. My one negative remark is that the store was uncomfortably warm inside but it's winter, so I guess that's to be expected

The employees friendly courteous and professional. It was a great experience shopping in this store.
