Employees usually nice. Lottery machine not accepting bills and manager or supervisor did not assist. He could of checked bill cassette.

The store's is always in great shape whenever I come in. The workers are always polite and keep to the COVID guidelines too. Honestly, with the stuff these people have to go through on a daily basis, they deserve raises.nnAnyways, great customer service and food. Hope to see this store continue to prosper for years to come.

First of all the best workers that you have working at your store n Ransomville is Janine, Elizabeth, Pam, and Wayne I don’t see how the manager at this store can be one every time I go to this store Pat is outside smoking cigarettes right by the entrance of the store another store me that is always outside smoking is Shanna, the only ones I ever see working when I go to this store is Janine, Elizabeth, Pam, and Wayne with out these four this store would fall apart Shanna and Pat are always outside smoking and you hardly see them doing anything except in the office talking and the other employees there cashes the customers out Aundrey is lazy you guys should put a suggestion box in your stores that you can give suggestions and complaints that district or corporate only see’s and I also know someone that got fired from this store but I’ve seen almost all the employees at this store they. Their phone’s other than Pam and Wayne.

The two staff members were rude. I ordered a pizza, clearly stating what I wanted. They got it wrong and we needed a different one because of a food allergy. When we went to pick up the new one after waiting an hour total, they said we needed to bring the other pizza back to get the new one free and were rude about it also considering no one told us on the phone about needing to bring it back. They eventually gave it to us after stating aloud that they didn’t want to deal with us. And rudely told us to know our order correctly for next time. Will not be going back. 0 out of 10
