Always a pleasant atmosphere and the wine is delicious. Chillin Niagara really hit the spot for me. Very smooth and a yummy sweet wine. The staff has always been great anytime I have gone into this establishment. Thank you for the experience and keep up good work with the great tasting wines!!

Wasn’t pleased with the customer service at all. Went with a tour and unknowingly went against a COVID restriction, instead of nicely asking us to leave and come in when the first group left, we were told to “get out” along with that, the wine was mediocre at best. May have been the customer service leaving a bad taste. Won’t be coming back.

Andrea (I think that's her name - if it's not, I'm sorry!!) was fantastic!! She was incredibly knowledgable and helpful - we bought more than we intended because of her recommendations!

Are customers generally turned away a half hour before closing? Or do the kids have special plans tonight? It doesn't take a half hour to drink a glass of wine. Disappointing end to our wine trail experience. We're from Ohio. I can't say we'll try again.
