Customer service is outstanding! Nate (district manager) and Kevin (driver) are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We are a welding shop our clothes get VERY dirty, they are returned nice and clean. I would highly recommend this company for their high standard of quality and affordability. As an employee of Bob Johnson in Greece, and having been in the automotive industry for years, I have seen my fair share of vendors. I have to say that Unifirst is by far the best one I’ve come across. Kevin is our current driver and he is always polite and professional. Nate was always the same way as well, always professional and helpful to all my questions. The uniforms are always cleaned well and keep us looking our best and we never run out of rags even though we are very high volume. Highly recommended that their services be used!
