Scrubs & Beyond

All the staff at this store are incredibly helpful, and knowledgeable about their products. I had trouble finding a scrub jacket and Paulo showed me a few that could fit my needs, and game me feedback on how each one fit! I left feeling like I made a great choice, and I have gotten a lot of complements at work on the scrub jacket I purchased. Significantly better experience than shopping online and not knowing what you’re going to get. I definitely recommend going into the store and getting some help from them picking out scrubs because they really know their brands! If you can’t find something in store you can order it for free through their ship to store.

I am a nurse and just moved to Rochester from New Orleans. I've been to this Scrubs & Beyond location twice. Both times, I was able to find exactly what I was looking for, and I was offered friendly help.nThis location is well-stocked with a large variety of scrub styles. The store is clean, and the fitting rooms are large and convenient.nWhile all of that is certainly great, what keeps me returning to this location is the staff. Every person I've encountered here has been very kind, patient, and welcoming. Someone I'd like to recognize is David. He is professional and incredibly helpful. His friendly smile is contagious!

Ordered a jacket, took two weeks, wrong color, embroidery not done. 3 weeks for a single navy blue jacket with a simple name embroidery is just a very long wait.

I love coming here to get my scrubs but what I love most is the customer service. It makes me wanna come back more just because of it. Patrick as well as the all the other workers I’ve came across are AMAZING - always helping me find what I need, in the right size and right color and if it’s not in the store, helping me locate it online.
