Burlington

The clothing options is seriously lacking. Painfully!! I am not sure how many Burlington is in Rochester but I go to the one in the Greece Ridge mall and this one. Frankly, the one in Greece Ridge always looks like they're going out of business. looks unorganized and empty. This Burlington is seriously the only one you should go to. The place is clean and organized. The employees are very professional. The products selection for beauty, cosmetics is decent. I have been looking for my favorite Aloe mist and I finally saw it at this Bur. Whoever the store merchandiser is for the clothing department needs to be fired. The cashier Catherine was very friendly.

This store has a large variety of things to choose from. Lines where very long but at the end I met this pleasant young lady name London, she apologize for the line and greeted me with a pleasant smile, which made me smile, she was professional and kind, this young lady was a breath of fresh air we need more people in the store like her. People allowed to walk around and cash out with no mask new York health board needs to hold business more accountable

The best shop ever but they need to set up the devices to be ready for people who doesn’t like to pay with cards or dollars, (Apple Pay).

I would say I absolutely loved this location when it first opened . They had good name brand handbags & bags , good selection of shoes and a pretty good selection of clothing but I will say after the past few times of returning prior when they first opened it seemed as if they didn't receive any new items besides the items they already had there . So I would defiantly say its worth walking in and looking around but this would be the type of location to consider miss or hit !
