SEPHORA inside JCPenney

I wouldn't recommend this place to buy from!!! There is no where posted that there is only 30 days for returns or you just get store credit!!! The reciept is a Penney reciept so I just assumed that I had longer than 30 days to return a product that was unopened and with a reciept!! No one tells you about that policy! This is so stupid!

Service was baddd on a Monday day shift. Long hair Brunette with accent on the phone. Couldn't get help from her. When she was finally able to help. Uggh. Very rude had to leave and go to the Greece location to re/do my makeup shopping with the manager who was a pleasure.

Great store and super friendly staff! I saw Amelia for an eye makeup- makeover. She was so sweet and was focused on me during the entire session. I highly recommend getting your makeover done by Amelia, she is super knowledgeable on product, a talented makeup artist, and just so fun to chat with!

Limited inventory. Wish they luck

This place is by far one of the best locations. The customer service is beyond my expectations. I had bought a foundation a month ago in the wrong shade and I wanted to return it but the Sephora at east view did not exchange it without a recipe. But when I came here the manager was super nice and looking at my beauty insider she exchanged it .
