Although this location has a variety of well made and low cost merchandise, the one star is given because of the lack of customer service by one employee. To avoid encounters with this individual, I have chosen to purchase items online, at Eastview Mall, and at the outlet stores. My friends and I have complained to customer service as well as the corporate level to see if they could appeal to her to change her attitude to no avail.nnRecently the store has changed the policy for shipping online orders for cardholders so I have to go to the store to avoid shipping fees. The store has offered Christopher and Banks bucks issued in ten dollar increments. When I made two online orders, I failed to utilize thirty dollars worth. The online associate told me to return the three items and repurchase them in the store to recoup the money. When I told this particular associate this, she asked me if I was going to make her return all of that merchandise for ten dollars? I looked at her in disbelief informing her that I was not naked and did not want it.nnWhen I was younger and worked retail, we were taught that your primary goal as a sales associate is to save the sale. For someone to act like this in clear view of other associates and other customers is deplorable. To think that my purchases are being utilized to keep her employed is unacceptable. For her to speak this way shows a lack of oversight because clearly she has been allowed to act this way for a long time with no correction.
