Received an online order, tried it on in my home did not like them. Immediately put them back in the box to return. Brought them to this store to return. Was told I could not get my money back because they appeared “worn”. Even though that was exactly how I received them. I tried to get a manager. They were not helpful in providing us with a supervisor. The employees then turned insulting telling us we were the rudest customers they ever had. When all we did was advocate for ourselves because we know these shoes were never worn.

Love this store so much, the manger is such a blast for sure going to buy more vans there soon. Just such a great environment and they always recognize me from my limited editions!! Great people, would recommend instead of the regular journeys store down the mall.
