Express Factory Outlet

I had terrible experience returning an item to this specific store , manger Angelica was so rude and she refused to return jeans even though I had the receipt and the item was less than 30 days since I purchased it. Manger Angelica told me you can go somewhere else and you should bring the tag with the jeans. I replied is this written somewhere. She gave me the receipt and told me it is written on the back . As I was reading it , what she mentioned was not written . ( meaning she did not read it and she was pointing to anything depending on that I am not going to read it) when I asked her where is it , she replied “ merry Christmas, I won’t return these items . Go somewhere else” I immediately contacted the the company by phone where they were so polite and apologized to me and asked me to go back to her and she will return the item for you . I went back to the store and found her looking at me with disgust and took the bag from me and throw it on the counter with such very aggressive behavior. And she said “I am returning these for you and I don’t have to “ then She gave me the receipt and I left . I want to say that all my purchases mostly from express and I love the brand and I returned items before with no problem at all. I was so disappointed and dissatisfied with the service not the product. Thank you .

Great Place to shop men's clothing

I shop here ALOT. My whole closet is filled with Express clothing. If your searching for a fair priced, nice fit attire this is the place you want to shop. They always have what every man needs. An if they don't they'll order it for you or call another store to see if they have it for you.

I haven't seen any indoor outlet. This is the first one.nWas able to exchange some items bought at Waterloo premium outlets. Found it a bit costlier compared to Waterloo outlet though.nGood place to hangout during winter. Lot of stores which we typically see at outdoor premium outlets. Food court had limited options.

Great prices, not super outdated product, and a large clearance section! Happy it's in such a convenient place
