Everyone is always helpful! They were able to help me find clothing that I love and that make me feel more comfortable in my post pregnancy body. They also always have some amazing sales! I got around $400 worth of clothing for $160!

I always come out of this store feeling better than when I came in. They make your shopping experience feel personalized and genuine. No being pushy about sales or credit or rewards and I really like the fact that sometimes they set up a dressing room with my name on it and put other outfits in my size that they think I would like. My husband HATES going shopping with me but he almost gets excited to go to Torrid because he loves how special they make me feel and how confident I am wearing well fitted, CUTE (not just beige and black and floral) and well made clothing.

They have great customer service. The atmosphere is just right in there.
