The view from the road is ok. There is no shoulder so you are standing on the road. The old structures next to the waterfall really make this place. The best view is from the waters edge down below but the trail is steep and loose rock.

As small as this area is, it is cute! Explore the arches the water down below. There is a picnic area on one end of the park with a table and a grill. Plenty of other spaces in the grass if you just wanted to go and lay a blanket down. It is rather relaxing too! Just up the road headed into town not even a minute on the left is a hiking trail.
