I used this facility for a little less than a year and couldn’t be happier. Everything was super easy from the move in to move out process. The storage unit was clean and secure. The website is excellent for making payments because it's so fast and simple. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable if you have any questions.
Stored my belongings and vehicle with ABC Self Storage at the Evans Mills location during my deployment; amazing and friendly customer service. They were easy, fast and had affordable prices. The unit was clean and dry both initially and when I moved out and even though they initially gave me a unit with a broken latch they fixed it promptly without me having to wait or delay my move in. Simply have no complaints.

Reasonable rates the storage rooms could be better sealed especially the doors birds living in some where door seals are bad.
Excellent, friendly service. Units are clean and doors and gates function properly. I moved out and forgot to call Cindy noticed I had moved out and checked me out without me having to call them saving me the extra time, when I finally remembered to call, that's quality service if you ask me.
