Island Kids Child Care Center, Preschool & PreK

Island Kids is just AMAZING!!!!! We moved here last year in July. It was my daughter’s first time going to daycare she was so excited and of course I was scared ud83dude1f but they met and over exceeded my expectations of a daycare. Everyone there is so professional and great with kids. Even with the change of the lead teacher everything was so smooth. Since going to Island Kids my daughter, Faith has become potty trained and has increased her vocabulary tremendously. I love that we found this daycare for her. She will definitely be going here for a long time even after she starts school.

My 3 children have been attending Island Kids for almost 5 years and have LOVED everyone of the staff members and teachers. The before and after school program is great, kids receive help with work and have time to play, do crafts, etc. and Miss Adrienne is a wonderful PreK teacher at the South location. My daughter loves to learn and even comes home to play school, using what she has learned that day as her “lessons”. Ann is easy to reach and very understanding to different needs each family may have. Would highly recommend both facilities to any family with young children ud83dude03

What was a stressful situation (our daycare at the time abruptly closed) the owner met us on a Sunday to have our child start the next day Monday. I am forever grateful for that. All staff from the teachers, to the director, to the owner have been so great to work with. My kids have both gotten so much socially and educationally from their time at Island Kids. Everyone is super friendly and the facilities are beautiful and clean.

Look no further! Both of our kids have learned so much here at Island Kids. The owner Ann has been accommodating with scheduling and more than understanding during covid times. The only other place we trust our kids to be at besides home. Love seeing all the papers and projects they do at school. Both my kids say “I had fun at school,” when they get picked up. This place puts a parents mind at ease knowing they are well cared for.

I couldn't be more pleased with the care my son gets from Island Kids. He is in the before and after school program with getting the bus to and from school every day. It's reassuring knowing I can drop him off and he is safe. We also do summer camp which is full of different activities that keep the kids engaged and happy. I recommend this childcare center to parents looking for a safe, clean and exciting place for your children.
