Unprofessional, dangerous, understaffed, lack of child development knowledge is unbelievable.nnIt has been a while since I removed my son from this facility... He has improved greatly, and the new daycare he's in has said he is showing tremendous progress since he started there. One of the staff member was putting my son in dresses everyday, and as weird as that was they laughed at my concerns. After I expressed my objection to this, they still proceedes to put him in dresses. My son was acting out in anger, and frustrated. Carry who was a staff member ruled my son out and did not like him. I was told by another staff member that she was mean to him, and put the dresses on him. I felt the need to give him pep talks before I made him stay here. Care a lot made me bring packs and packs of pull ups, and was not even trying to work with him potty training. Within one week at small world they asked me to stop bringing in pull ups, and he was completely trained. He's a happier and healthier child now.nI'm sorry to say that care a lot was a traumatic experience for my son and myself.nI'm so glad I removed my child from this facility, and feel horrible that I ever made him go to this place.nnUpdate on my past review, my son is 5 now and has had on going counseling over his traumatic experience with this daycare. He has spoken out about some of the things the staff members did to him and other children. I have been personally speaking with his school counselor and cannot believe some of the things they have done. I would employ anyone who has brought their children here to have them talk about their experience. I would also not recommend anyone bring the children they love to a hell hole like this. My child will continue to receive counseling, and hopefully will recover from this tragedy. This facility should be shut down!

Absolutely love Care-A-Lot!!!! Staff is amazing!!! They are the most caring, nurturing, and understanding daycare. My kids have learned so much during their time there and LOVE going each day!!!
