The entire AC installation experience was seamless!nnThe Comfort Advisor did a great job reviewing the work to be done and explaining all of the various options I had. They answered all of my questions and went into depth and worked to fit the AC install into my schedule.nnThe technicians that came arrived on-time and were courteous, easy to talk to, and quick! It maybe took them 4 hours - 4.5 hours to install the AC unit and it's various components. Since the weather was too cool, they have to send a technician out again to complete the final setup of the AC unit with my Nest thermostat, but that's to ensure it runs as efficient as possible, so no complaints here.nnThe technicians though were clean and great in going over the work they did and answered all of my questions! All-in-all, a great experience with Roy's and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

We had to have a a new furnace put in. The guys were great they were here on time. Asked if I had any question they said it would be about 2 hours until we had heat and it was. They asked if I had any questions all was good. Showed me how the new thermostat worked. They were very courteous and nice and informed me how everything was going. My technician was Zack. He was polite, very neat and extremely thorough! After he completed the standard install, he strengthened a hose connection to the dishwasher with a different, stronger clamp. Zack also replaced a cracked valve. He explained all the work he did and gave me some tips on what kinds of foods to avoid inserting into the disposal. He worked diligently and completed the job in about 1- 1/2 hours. He’s a great plumber!

We had moved recently and our furnace died in the new home on a Sunday morning. A technician (Jeff) from Roy's was able to come to our home around midday and we found out that the furnace was 26 years old, had not been properly taken care of by previous owners, and needed to be replaced. He was very straightforward with the prices and needs of the different furnace choices and any questions I had. On installation day workers arrived promptly first thing in the morning and went right to work removing the old furnace and installing the new one. Installation went very smoothly with no mess or complications and the system they installed has been working great so far. Would highly recommend this company to anybody needing heating and cooling work done in the Buffalo area.
