Beautiful bridge..in that the views of the Hudson Valley are spectacular! Because it's a 35mph speed limit, you can actually look at your surrounding area. (as opposed to zooming across and rushing). I have EZ pass so not sure what till cost. Maybe $1.50?? There is a beautiful walking path below it on the Dutchess County side. Poets Walk.

I use to prefer using this bridge...then they tore it up for a bike lane that has yet to be used..(not finished yet? A year later...).now they raised the tolls and the ride across is rough...please pave the roadway!!!

Get your cameras ready because this toll bridge is scenic on both sides. A perfect place to take in the fall foliage. The toll is $1.50 for vehicles with two axles heading eastbound, and if you ask me it is worth the price of admission. There’s a pullover just past the bridge so you can redeem yourself if you missed the photo opportunity.

Google is asking me to review a bridge ...nnIt ... Connects Kingston and Rhinecliff? And it doesn't fall down?nnYup, that pretty much covers it.

The bridge offers an amazing view of the Hudson River. Do not walk on it! They don't allow that! However, if you're a passenger in a vehicle, it can be a lovely sight at any time of the day. Fair warning, the bridge can be quite anxiety inducing in inclimate weather. It is very susceptible to high winds and freezes occasionally. Normally when crossing, you cannot see to the other side until you've passed the hallway point, which can be weird if you aren't used to it. I prefer this to other nearby Hudson River Crossings, either the Rip Van Winkle or Mid-Hudson.nnEdit: You can now walk on the bridge. However, the work done to accommodate the walkway has made the roadway much rougher. Overall, not a great decision.
