Just bought a car from Pleasant Journey for the second time today, very happy with my purchase. Adrienne (sp?) was super easy to work with. The alternator on the Honda Civic that I traded in was pretty much shot, Adrienne drove me home so that I could work while she processed the paperwork. I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a car, and highly recommend Pleasant Journey for their transparency and top quality customer experience. The mechanics are great too, and I wouldn't get my car serviced anywhere else.
They were super kind and are good people. Were not like other shops that hassle you.

I called about a car on the lot which happened to be being serviced at a dealership at the time, left my information and was told they would call me back when the car was available, I called them back two weeks later after not receiving a call back, the car was sold, I was never notified. I had been hunting for this certain vehicle for months finally found a good one, wanted to purchase it, but first come first serve I guess.
They are very kind people. The rules of the store are, they give you fair pricing, no extra charges and fees and you don't haggle. They were wonderful and I would highly recommend this place.
