Once Upon A Child Vestal

First time but definitely won't be my last time. I went in to get a bathing suit for my 9 y/o daughter who outgrows EVERYTHING weekly. I left spending only $13 but found her bathing suit, a cover, and enough clothes for also super fast growing grandbaby! EXCELLENT quality and most excellent value!

Just love this store, the clothes are so reasonable & clean. The staff so friendly. I'm very happy to have this store to shop at in our community!

They have very good clothes & toys secondhand but the management just isn’t friendly. They appear family friendly but discriminate against pregnant employees & are very clique-like when it comes to the appearance of their employees. If you are pregnant or plan on becoming pregnant while working her, I highly advise against it unless you want to lose your job over your pregnancy...

Horrible customer service! I checked thier Facebook the day before coming to make sure they are buying, and see nothing indicating otherwise and in fact multiple postings about how much they are buying. Coincidentally, you cannot leave a review on thier Facebook. I arrived at 6:01 under the belief they buy during all business hours after driving an hour. I was told too bad the system is shut down, but I could come back. We will not be returning. I attempted to call and let the manager know of the issues and was again basically brushed off. The staff seems so rude, with no customer service skills.

Great place for affordable name brand clothing. If your on a budget and want nice stuff this is a great choice.
