My dress shop helped me get a kit to send off my dress. The packaging and directions to start were detailed and very secure! I got many notifications as my dress went through their process and returned to me quickly and on time. It came back looking pristine and very nicely packaged. They were very detailed!

My dress truned out really well. I had worn it a total of three time. All three times i was walking out doors with a lot of make up. and I know the bottom of the dress was not an easy task. Dealing with makeup stains wasn't probably fun either especially with all the beading the dress has. But they did a great job. They also included my veil, gloves and hair pieces. It turned out beautifully. My husband and I like how it was displayed. Customer service was great too.

My local dry cleaner used this company to box my wife’s gown. She said she’d rather sell it, but I said no, because she looked absolutely stunning in the dress; so I requested to have it boxed, and was willing to pay because sentimental reasons hahaha.nnI got it today back from the dry cleaners (took approx a month or so; not sure as due to current COVID-19 restrictions, I didn’t go back to pick it up until I could go back to my office again).nnAnd wow. The dress is beautifully packaged. Just look at all the pictures others have posted.nThe dress looks completely brand new.nnThank you guys so much for your good work; especially during the current COVID-19 situation.

Referred to this company by a good friend. Sent my box out with the provided UPS label. From time of sending to time of receiving was about 6 weeks. I had called for a status update and the woman I spoke to was polite, helpful, and had accurate information to give me for the status of my gown. I not only sent my own wedding gown but a friends wedding gown as a surprise. It was a high stake mission but I am pleased to say both gowns came back in a beautifully prepared box. I suppose when I open it again someday I will then be able to speak to the actual preservation, but as of now I am very pleased!

Just got my dress back in the mail. It took roughly 4 weeks. Dress looks great and presentation in the box is nice. Very easy to work with through my local alterations lady. On the order form you can even request to be sent an email when the dress is received and shipped out. I knew exactly where my dress was and when it would be shipped. I wasn’t home to sign for the dress so UPS took it to a local shipping place and I was able to show ID and pick it up there. I would recommend this service!
