I found myself in immediate need of a space and Tiffany made it very easy to get quickly set up. Great experience.nnEven with good instructions, I managed to botch the spot but Tiffany was kind and helpful about getting me fixed up. Definite recommendation.
It was supposed to be a temporary solution but ended up to be 2 1/2 years. People in the office were always very friendly and helpful.
My sister and I sold our home in Voorheesville and unfortunately it was so quick we didn’t have time to plan our next move. We had no place for our furniture and belongings even though it would only be temporary. Being we were both V’ville residents, we wanted to work local and close to where we planned on buying a new house. When we walked into V’ville Self Storage, we were greeting with a smile and immediately felt confident we were in the right place for help. Teresa is one of the nicest, most professional ladies we have ever worked with. We were so happy she was knowledgeable and talked us through everything and made the perfect suggestions for our needs. I immediately trusted her and done then, we formed a friendship! Thank you, Teresa for helping my sister and I. We are forever grateful!!nKeep up the great work.
You can get storage units anywhere but excellent customer service is a rarity ... From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and the conversation was great and everything was explained thoroughly ... Unit was clean and the whole facility looked well maintained ...
