Do not take the game design class. It is not a class. You will be busy all the time but never actually do anything.nI have been there for an entire year and I have been sloppily taught maybe 3% of what was promised to me before I took the class.n1.) I was promised i would learn how to make a game.nI have learned more just looking at Youtube videos than from what the teacher will tell you they know.n2.) We were told we would go on lots of trips to other locations such as game design companies and conventions that are local, which there were plenty of.nWe have done none of these things. They were not even mentioned past the first week.n3.) We were promised that we would come out of this program with certifications in things such as Photoshop, Game maker, and the Unity engine among other things.nI am walking out of this class with barely even a Portfolio.nnMany, MANY things were promised in this class and none of them are even remotely true. Do not send your kid to the game design class. It is not worth it in any way, shape or form.
