This 1 star goes directly to the pharmacy - 1st time with a prescription and the woman answering the phone was incredibly rude. Sounded like I was wasting her time. If you don't like your job lady, QUIT.

RUDE staff!! Acted like me asking a question was an inconvenience. Also - Pharmacy terribly slow - almost impossible to get a flu shot here no matter what time or day you go they always say 45 min wait and act too busy for you even if you are only one there.nEdit: went back for prescription and staff were yet again rude and not helpful! I was told my prescription would be ready by 3pm, went in at 4 and still not ready! DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!!

Their automated phone system is obnoxious. Once a representative came on, very pleasant and helpful

The worst pharmacy experience ever. Place a refill order on Sunday for a 2pm Monday pick up. When stopped by at 5:20pm on Monday, was told the order was in the works. After waiting for about 15 minutes was called and asked name then asked to wait as they would be working on my order. About 5 minutes later was called and advised they only had one of the two meds in stock and that I would have to come back the following day. The next day, on Tuesday stopped by around noon and was told the prescription would be ready for pick up around 4. Came back the following day, on Wednesday at 12:30; after waiting in line for 20 minutes were told that the prescription wasn’t ready and to come back in 20 minutes. Seriously??? Worst pharmacy service ever!!!!
