Great place to workout 7 days/week and burn lots of calories in every session! Studio is very clean and kept in a great condition. The equipment is cleaned and sprayed after every class. Everyone including staff is wearing masks all the time! Coaches at F45 make sure you are being motivated and coached on the form. Every workout is different and they offer morning and evening classes in the studio plus virtual workouts. Perfect place if you’re looking for fun and challenging workouts! Not to forget, they offer nutrition coaching too!

Love F45! Love how classes are offered 7 days a week! They are challenging but the best feeling once it’s completed! The trainers are always so helpful! And the gym is kept so clean! I highly recommend F45!

Very professional and friendly trainers watching over you during every session, you get both the strength and circuit training at the same time which is best because I never felt like doing circuit at the gym alone! Highly recommend to everyone even now during covid , the place is spotless!

I have been doing the outdoor classes since COVID changed things up for everybody. I have been very happy with the workouts, taking the 6:15 AM classes. They start on time, they move quick and just when you are like ughhh this move again, it's done. The team there has been very professional and welcoming over the past few months. I am very happy with the passes I got and my workouts.
