Jane is a wonderful instructors, this studio is an integral part of my health and wellness and I am so grateful I found this yoga studio. An unexpected benefit of practicing here is the genuine teaching. ‘Truly a great place!

I had an incredible class at Bikram Yoga Newton. Jane’s guidance through the class was instructive and allowed me to deepen my practice and feel at ease in poses I felt my body previously wouldn’t allow. I’m a runner and frequently have low back/hip/knee pain and left the class feeling more flexible and relaxed than ever. I don’t take yoga very often (as I should) and Jane was patient and helpful with every posture. I will definitely be going back as much as I can.nnThank you, Jane! Look forward to next time.
