Let me just say you cannot find a more honest , service oriented rv place around. From the moment we came in we were treated like family.nRonnie never let us down, was always there with an answer , the most knowledgeable salesman we have encountered. Terry is just a kind and thoughtful person, and made the buying experience effortless.nThanks to all in service and sales .nWe WI be loyal customers from now on.

We purchased our travel trailer from Meyer's RV in Branchville NJ pretty much sight-unseen as we don't live close, and the COVID19 pandemic was in full swing at the time. We wanted to work with a dealer that is close to the campground where we will be keeping our camper. Ronnie (in sales) has been fantastic to work with. He goes above and beyond for his customers, and is always there to answer questions. I found Ronnie to be very honest about everything. When we went up to Meyers to finalize the paperwork and sign everything, they made us feel like family. We are finally taking delivery of our new Hideout camper next week. Terry, James and Ronnie have been super helpful with getting our walkthrough and delivery scheduled. Being that we are new to this, it was great to have a good team working with us and answering all of our crazy questions. Thank you Ronnie, Terry and James for making the experience great. I will highly recommend you to anyone looking to purchase a camper or have work done on their camper. We are looking forward to starting our first camping season!!

We are very happy with Meyers! Ronnie our salesperson went above and beyond to help us find our first camper. We are looking forward to working with him again in the near future. Highly reccomend

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP COMPLETELY. We had so many problems when purchasing a Class A from this place. We had them install a tv mount while some other work was being done. They installed it backwards. They offered to refund the fee but never did. They claimed to have fixed the generator (took 2 weeks) it still doesn’t work. Tanks don’t hold water. Gages on dashboard do not work. The list of problems goes on and on. We have only driven it for a little over a week. They installed the wrong WiFi equipment. We were offered a refund but have only seen half the amount we are due. We have called many many times to speak to Terry, April, James, Mandy.... everyone promises to have someone else call us back. Still waiting for a call back days later.nnUpdate... only after I posted this review did we get a response and a phone call back. As expected most of what was said in the response was inaccurate and clearly just an attempt to make themselves look better. If you notice all the issues she listed you can see about half of the problems that we have had. Hopefully this dealership and it’s manager can one day get their act together.

We are so grateful to have had the pleasure to meet the staff at Meyers RV in NJ! Sales, service, parts and the reception desk were all kind honest people!nOur family lives closer to the harrisburg location however trust the people at branchville.nOur RV purchase was special, on our walk through our questions were answered, we think everything was gone over slow enough to understand and quickly enough thatb2 kids did not grow impatient.nWe are so excited to write this review and have had this good experience!
