LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS GYM! Trainers are Awesome. Between the trainers and the other woman there, they immediately make you part of their family. I ENJOY going to the gym now. I've. Been going for 1 1/2 months???... I've lost almost 10 lbs. Feeling great

I LOVE On Fire 4 Fitness!! The energy in the gym is so welcoming and friendly. The owners are very passionate and encouraging. I can't say enough good stuff about them. They welcomed me with open arms and after 10 days of not seeing me, they called to check on me. My father had passed away and they sent me a personalized card to offer their condolences. I feel like I'm apart of a family and it means so much to me me that they are women supporting other women. The machines are all made for women and I get such an incredible workout after going around the circuit 3 times. Last night I tried out the Zumba class for the first time and I had a blast. It worked my entire body and when I didn't think I could keep going, I was met with care, understanding and encouragement. I'm so glad I found this gym and I recommend that every women considering it, give it a try. You'll be so glad you did. And tell them Harmony sent you. I hope to see you there!!

This gym is perfect for me. A total body workout in 45 minutes in a positive, noncompetitive environment. Plus... owners are the absolute nicest people on the planet!

New here, (5th visit) & love the circuit & classes offered by wonderful motivated positive Trainers!!nFriendly encouraging atmosphere by all members attending to get strong & healthy!nSuper clean & an assortment of equipment to use & Challenges to try!nRecommended to come visit & try out this Ladies Fitness Center with many options to get Healthy & Strengthen Balance & Core.

Nice place to get full body work out. Very clean and friendly atmosphere.
