Would not recommend anything about this dealership. Had an absolute horrendous experience with their service department. 5 months to order a part, no calls from the Service Manger (the only communication was when I called him), and then 1 call from the parts manager. to question what part I ordered. Finally, brought it to another dealer and got the car fixed with the part in 18 hours.nnWhen I called to file a complaint with the General Manager of the dealership, he actually had to gall to tell me that when the parts manager called me, he actually told me that the part was in house and I should bring the car in for service. A total lie by either the GM or the parts manager.nnWhat a HORRIBLE experience and I would never recommend anything about this operation. From the General Manager, to the the Service Department, the are inept and ineffective.nnFrom my experience with the General Manager, it is no surprise the entire operation is so poorly run. It starts at the top.

Just picked up a new giulia lease to replace my outgoing lease. Had a great experience with the team here - my salesperson was Rob Long and he was knowledgeable, nice, and efficient to work with (plus clearly a car guy which I appreciate when getting a new car). Rob and team were also able to help me arrange shipping the car across the country as I was going to be out of town for a time. I Visited several Alfa dealerships searching for the right build and this dealership seems to order really great color and options combinations.+ Easy drive from NYC and they are able to do NY registration no problem.

Rob Long and Scott Avellino at FULLERTON Alfa/Maserati helped me purchase my dream car, an Alfa 4c. They are honest, gracious, listen well, and very importantly know their product and are customer focused. I will be buying my next Alfa from them. Jason in finance was great, we worked out the details and he found great financing options. I was initially contacted by Lilah from an internet inquiry, she efficiently put me in touch with Rob. I am pleased with my Fullerton experience. Likewise a friend of mine leased a 2020 Stelvio and had similar experience.

We recently leased a Stelvio from Fullerton and if you are looking for excellent customer service we highly recommend Rob Long! He's very knowledgeable, quick to respond to any questions or concerns you may have (even after you leave with your car you are not forgotten!) and reviewed all financing options available. Our first time with this dealership but definitely won't be the last!

I stopped in when you folks were closed, really loved the Stelvio. I called and spoke with Rob Long, I scheduled an appt. to come in, even though his day should of ended shortly after I could get there he was happy to help me. This young man is a great employee and he serves you well. Yes, I leased the vehicle and was treated like royalty. I love the vehicle, and what was really impressive was the follow with Rob and his willingness to assist me with every detail. Best customer service ever.
