Second experience. My car is showing Tire press check warning and not showing tire pressure. i called morning and have been given appointment for July 29th Wednesday. This is second time that I am given appointment after 2 weeks. Other dealers provide appointment much faster. At my oil change they forgot to turn light off for oil change and had to go back! Zero service and only sales....
I had a Great Experience Here :) It was my first time buying a car. Bill McLaughlin was very helpful and so patient with us. He answered all our questions and did his best to work with our Budget. Jason, likewise was super helpful and friendly. Really great team here! I’m looking forward to working with them in the Future!
Martin was a nice guy, got me a convenient time scheduled to bring my car in for a recall. When there was a waiting list he offered to keep in contact with me to keep me updated. Comfortable waiting room, great speed WiFi and tasty beverages while you wait for your service to be done.
I'm from over 50 mi away and purchased from them anyway just because of their customer service. They had exactly what I wanted, so much inventory to chose from. Working with Heather was great, she paid attention to every detail and would not give up until every question was answered. Highly recommended.
Excellent service, courteous, fast and the price is fair. I live 60 miles north, but I do not mind coming here since the service is superior (really superior) than the NYC fiat. I came for an express oil change, and they did the 27 point inspection. They explain the charges before proceeding to service the car, and when they completed they very kindly explain all the things they did, and if the car needs something else, they let you know if it is urgent or if it is needed next time.
