Blown away by the customer service. Took my car in as I thought the starter had gone. Staff was polite and prompt, and even on Dec 23rd made sure to have my car ready asap. 31 point inspection was done and even received an email with detailed pictures pointing out anything that should be replaced/fixed in the near future. Will 100% be coming back for all future services and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fast, honest, and thorough mechanic.

Recently (8 Dec) had some major engine work done on my 2011 Subaru WRX. Bill Finn and his team successfully brought the car back to live for the next 80k miles. I've had air con services also performed by Bridgewater Motorworks I the spring and the a/c has been working like new.
Accommodated a same day, short notice appointment and got me right in. They worked on my car. Did a good job and were very friendly! Highly recommended!
