Had a wonderful experience! John Sulano and Mike Silva were wonderful! They are both wonderful assets to Open Road and made the whole process of finding the perfect car seamless. If you are looking for a car I highly recommend you heading over to Open Road ofnBridgewater and asking for John and Mike! They are wonderful and very attentive!! I even received a message a few days later (after my purchase) just checking in on how I liked the car! Will definitely be returning in the future and recommending friends and family to purchase vehicles from them! Great dealership!!

Mike V. and John S. made our car buying experience completely pain-free and smooth! The car was a birthday gift for our dad and they made the whole experience extra special for him. Ive been through the process of buying/leasing cars so many times in my life and I must say Open Road of Bridgewater is up there as my top experience! Thank you guys so much! Marlon at Mercedes Benz of BridgeWater was the best car sales person I’ve ever dealt with. I usually don’t leave reviews unless service was really good or really really bad. Marlon was amazing to work with. He listened to my needs, he was prompt, personable, trustworthy and did everything possible to get me the deal I wanted. He took the time to really go over all the features of the car and still responds when I don’t remember how to get to certain features. My overall experience at this dealership was amazing and Marlon is the only sales guy I will work with as long as he’s there.

Car shopping is never fun but we stopped in Open Road last Saturday to see what kind of vehicles they had for our new upcoming driver. The place is so classy inside as are the workers. We found a vehicle on the floor that we really liked and worked with a salesman named Ralph who was awesome.. he was knowledgeable, professional, and most of all not pushy. We test drove a GLC 300 and knew this was the perfect car for our daughter. The entire process of test driving to the final signatures was beyond smooth running and quick. We highly recommend this dealership and Ralph!!
