I could have leased my Kia Optima anywhere, but after shopping multiple dealerships my salesman Chris K was the best deal around! He’s not only professional, but considerate and a really great guy. And Carol and Jamie in the service department are terrific.nnYou can shop many dealerships, but in the end Bridgewater Kia is hands down the best!

I would recommend this dealership to anyone! I dealt with Leslie and Karen and they were both amazing. They were able to work around mine and my dad's busy schedule to get me into a brand new car in less than an hour. Highly recommend!

I went to Bridgewater Kia for tires and wheel work. At first it was hard to find a dealer who will accommodate my tire/wheel protection plan, however, Bridgewater Kia accommodated my plan and also handled all the leg work of getting approvals and payment done. The work only took 1 day (two new tires and damage to the wheels). I am extremely happy with the work (the wheels look brand new), the time it took to get all the work done, and mostly the great customer service. I will definitely use Bridgewater Kia for my auto needs going forward.

I called on Monday and spoke with Jimmy. I wanted to work out the numbers before I came to the dealership. We agreed on the sale price of the car but Jimmy was going to see if the $795 dealership fee can be taken off and was suppose to get back.nnDid not hear from Jimmy so I called back and his voicemail was full on Tuesday... Then waited till Wednesday and no one called. I followed up on Wednesday for Jimmy to say he has to confirm with his manager about the dealer fee and he would call me back...nnAn hour later, I called the dealership to find he left for the day. I asked the dealership for another rep. They transferred me to another rep.He was prompt and got me an answer that they are able to get $400 off. I told him, I would speak to my wife and get back. Called the dealership at 7:20pm and the main sales line went in to another voicemail box that was full!!! Will be taking my business somewhere else.
