Amazing car buying experience! The staff if welcoming from the moment you step into the dealership. They all go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and that all of your needs are being met. This was the first vehicle I've purchased from Bridgewater Nissan, but I can't imagine doing business anywhere else in the future.nn-- UPDATE APRIL 2021 -- (Still 5-Stars!)nTo sum it up in one word: Stupendous. I don't think I've ever used that word, but I certainly applies to this experience! My family has a great relationship with Bridgewater Nissan team and has been doing business with them for years. Whether we're signing a new lease or trading-in/up to a new vehicle, we're always impressed with the service we receive. Everyone is polite and professional from the moment you walk in the door. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the team really went above and beyond to get the truck I was looking for. They kept me informed allowing the way re: the vehicles arrival and we were in-and-out in ~1-hour. They were also very considerate and attentive while working with me on my trade-in value and coverage options to ensure I felt 100% confident in my new vehicle and comfortable with my new payments. I just purchased a car this week from Bridgewater Nissan and have only good things to say about my experience. Joseph G. and team provided me with the most top notch car buying experience I've ever had at a dealership. The process was 100% online, all costs were clear and up front (no surprises), and they even worked with me to get the car delivered right to my home. They were able to answer all of my questions and were even spot on with their delivery time. Joseph was so kind and easy to work with and I would highly recommend. As an additional note, no one even asked me to write them a review on Google like a lot of dealerships do to get their ratings up. Bridgewater Nissan is genuinely great!

The service department is excellent. Very professional and courteous. Scheduling an appointment is super easy and they keep to it. All the team members take their time to explain the service and make sure you understand and are comfortable. Overall, just a great experience every time!

Eric and Thomas were awesome. It was the first time I did not hate buying a car. I loved my experience and will definitely send friends there. I don't remember her name, but the lady at the front desk was so welcoming both visits. Other employees were all friendly and the other Thomas, finance guy was super nice as well.

Another good experience with Bridgewater Nissan. I'd been taking my rogue there for service for a while, where they give you the honest dope, options of what needs to be done now vs what can be put off for later and always find promo codes to discount the parts/labor. I decided I was ready to upgrade my rogue for a pathfinder and I got good deal on a vehicle I'm very happy with. The CPO sales rep and manager were both honest, direct and did everything they could to get to the price I wanted. They even negotiated on my behalf with the bank to lower the interest rate by 1.5%. I recommend this dealership over other local Nissan dealers. Stay away from the other one just up the road from them on Rt. 22.
