Amazing massage. Best around. More holistic and detailed than the standard massage you get at massage envy or chain. The ginger tea you get and attention is amazing . The expansion is beautiful they are turning in to a full center with showers and even more services. Love the staff.

Lots of classes and teachers, including hot yoga (not bikram). The vibe is much like the area: rich and white. The yoga here is very much exercise rather than spiritual, with many classes like aerobics or pilates.

My favorite studio! Such a warm and welcoming environment and there's so much variety!
