Rock River Yoga

I recently started going to this yoga studio and wanted to find a practice close enough to home and found this gem in town. Not only are the instructors super helpful and friendly, but they also make you feel welcome to the studio. I've tried a few different types of yoga at this studio and they make it so that anybody can join! A great place to practice yoga!

Great studio, I’ve been going since the beginning. It’s a relaxing comfortable atmosphere and the instructors are nice, creating a great vibe. Twilight classes are the perfect way to wind down any day, especially a stressful one. If you’re feeling adventurous, the acro workshop is tons of fun. If you practice in the greater area, give it a shot!

BEST yoga studio ever! This place has an amazing atmosphere for relaxation. As a beginner myself, I already feel confident in my practice because the instructors are thorough and well informed. The place is very clean and open which is nice as well. I cannot wait to continue my yoga journey and experience all of the great classes they offer. The prices are wonderful, class times are perfect for any lifestyle, and the retail is really cool. Rock on Rock River!
