I cannot put into words just how much I recommend Paul Miller Porsche. Recently, my ole’ trusty cayenne kicked the bucket and the dealership I had been working with left me high and dry (and out money). Dan, my assigned salesperson at Paul Miller quickly assessed my situation and assured me that Paul Miller does things differently. I cannot stress just how amazing my experience at Paul Miller was/is. Within an hour Dan had my dream car picked out! I arrived at the dealership and in under two hours I had traded in my old cayenne and was on my way home in my new sparkling cayenne! Dan made the process effortless and made me feel like I mattered as a customer. It was night and day between Paul Miller and my old Porsche dealership. Very pleased with the overall experience. The facilities were very clean. Joe was both affable and professional. The loaner vehicle was made available with a minimum of effort and was a nice ride. The servicing was done quickly and they addressed my requests. The detailing work was excellent and a nice added touch. A great experience overall. I will be back.

I had a great experience working with Mike Rose in the service department. He made the hassle of service a pleasure. Had a terrific turbo loaner with 100 miles which made the time fun. Also, the entire team (Cam and the others) in the service department goes beyond expectations.

My 2017 911 was brought in on 5/28/2020 for its annual maintenance. Scott Pollack of the Service Department was very helpful and additionally made a quick adjustment to my ventilation system. Very satisfied.

Dan Gino and James Porrazzo were a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. I live out of state and Dan never hesitated to answer any questions or provide additional photos. I've had dozens of car buying experiences and none of them compared to what I experienced at Paul Miller Porsche. These guys exceeded all of my expectations.
