First time visiting AH 46 with a new management. Previous one really didn’t hold the level but the new one is fixing their mistakes. After the first initial conversation with one of their representatives I decided to give them a chance and they didn’t disappoint. Rafael was in the sales who helped out a great deal. Ryan was very kind and helpful as well, she rode along with us for the test drive. Reasonable prices, great customer service, I’d definitely recommend Auto Holding 46 to my friends and family.

I made an appointment to see a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited two days before I went. When I arrived, I took it for a test drive and decided to purchase the Jeep. When I sat down with the sales person, he asked how much down and he took my information to run my credit.nWhen he came back, he told me that someone had already put a deposit on the Jeep and could not sell it to me today. I asked when the deposit was made and he said about 5 days ago.nI stated that when I made the appointment, the deposit was already on the vehicle I was interested in. Why didn't they tell me when I made the appointment instead of wasting my time and driving an hour to get there?nHe did not have an answer. He then asked me to leave a $1,000.00 deposit and if the person doesn't buy it, then I could.nI again said that it was an hour drive for me and they could either sell me the Jeep now or they will lose my business.nHe went to speak to his manager and when he came back, he said that if I paid an extra $1,000.00 for the Jeep they would sell to me.nCompletely unethical. I walked out of there.nIf they respond back to this saying that it is under new management, that is a lie. I read the reviews after they screwed me over.nThey called me two weeks later to see if I was still interested. I did not go back to them.nShady business, go elsewhere.

To most of the people who want to know if this dealership cares about its customers by reading this review, the simple answer is yes. Usually, it’s hard to find a used car dealership that you feel like you can trust. Most of them straight up lie to you and try to fool you. Not this one. I did a lot of homework on this one before coming in to make sure I won’t overpay or anything like that. Thankfully, everything worked out, they were very transparent and caring, actually being on my side for once. I was able to secure a pretty good deal. Mark cares about his customers and i could feel it from the first phone call that I’ve had with Mark.

They posted the 2017 BMW X5 for a good price. It was better than the average market price. I texted and called to confirm the price before I went for the test drive (cause it looks a little too good to be true, and I was a little skeptical). They confirm the price to me before I went, and had only mentioned about document fee and registration fee (as additional fees). However, after I drove 1 hour to get there, and after I spent another hour to look at the car and to test drive, I was told that besides tax, documentation fee, registration fee, there are several additional fees: dealer fee - $3000, transportation fee - $600 (for covering their cost of bringing car to their shop from wherever they bought it from - I mean... are you serious?!), and additional $900 for not financing with them (I told them I was gonna pay cash for the whole price). So, obviously this whole thing looks like a scam to me that they use a good price to lure people in (they avoided mentioning all the hidden fees when I asked them in advance) and then trick them. The manager sat down with me and tried to seriously convince me that this $3000 dealer fee was normal and it's a conventional fee taken by all the car dealers in the U.S. just like I've never deal with any other dealer before. I guess this is their strategy - to lure as many people in as possible with the good (but false) price and there is eventually gonna be someone who's dealing with car dealer for the first time that's gonna be successfully tricked by them. I already wasted hours with this dealer, and I chose to waste 20 more minutes to write this review is because that I wished I had seen such a review before I went so it could save me the trip. So, I want to help others to save their time. If you must choose this place, call and ask them about all the additional fees before you go (dealer fee, transportation fee, fees for not financing...etc.). But I would go back there ever.

Prices seemed good, communication was good until I got to the dealer. After driving 2 hours for a scheduled test drive, apparently they had taken a deposit on the car and failed to notify me. I walked in, the guy told me he thought there was a deposit, confirmed, and there goes 4 hours of my day for something that should have been avoided with a phone call. Might be a good dealer otherwise (Read reviews about crazy high dealer fees), but I did not have a good experience.
